Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with electron ionization and positive-ion chemical ionization and comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC x GC-TOF-MS) were applied for the characterization of the chemical composition of complex hydrocarbons in the non-polar neutral fraction of cigarette smoke condensates. Automated data processing by TOF-MS software combined with structured chromatograms and manual review of library hits were used to assign the components from GC x GC-TOF-MS analysis. The distributions of aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatics were also investigated. Over 100 isoprenoid hydrocarbons were detected, including carotene degradation products, phytadiene isomers and carbocyclic diterpenoids. A total of 1800 hydrocarbons were tentatively identified, including aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatics, and isoprenoid hydrocarbons. The identified hydrocarbons by GC x GC-TOF-MS were far more than those by GC-MS. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8OHdG) has been widely used as a biomarker of oxidative DNA damage in both animal models and human studies. To evaluate the effect of cigarette smoking on oxidative stress, we studied the levels of urinary 8OHdG from smokers and non-smokers and investigated the association with cigarette smoking. The urinary 8OHdG concentrations were determinated by capillary electrophoresis with end-column amprometric detection (CE-AD) after a single-step solid phase extraction (SPE), and then quantitatively expressed as a function of creatinine excretion. To increase the concentration sensitivity, a dynamic pH junction was used and the focusing effect was obvious when using 30 mM phosphate (pH 6.50) as sample matrix. The limit of detection is 4.3 nM (signal-to-noise ratio S/N = 3). The relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) was 1.1% for peak current, and 2.3% for migration time. Based on the selected CE-AD method, it was found that the mean value of urinary 8OHdG levels in the smokers significantly higher than that in non-smokers (31.4 +/- 18.9 nM versus 14.4 +/- 7.6 nM, P = 0.0004; 23.5 +/- 21.3 mug g(-1) creatinine versus 12.6 +/- 13.2 mug g(-1) creatinine, P = 0.028). 本论文适应聚乳酸烟用过滤嘴工业化的需要,针对烟用过滤嘴特殊的工艺和技术要求,进行了相关问题的基础研究。 在自制模型小纺丝机上进行了小试研究。研究了干燥条件、树脂水分含量、树脂规格、添加助剂、纺丝温度、纺丝速度,后处理等对聚乳酸可纺性、纤维性能的影响,确定了中试纺丝条件。在聚丙烯烟用丝束国产线上进行了中试研究,研究了纺丝速度,牵倍,牵伸温度,松弛热定型温度和时间对聚乳酸纤维力学性能、热学性能、粘接性能、开松性能、过滤性能的影响,进一步明确了树脂规格和纺丝条件,研发出适合聚乳酸香烟滤材的粘接剂,并且初步得到了吸阻和硬度符合接烟要求的过滤嘴棒。在卷烟厂进行了过滤嘴的香烟接装实验,结果表明聚乳酸香烟过滤嘴可以满足高速接烟的需要。 在实验室和卷烟厂分别进行了聚乳酸滤材吸附/过滤性能研究:1)在实验室,进行了聚乳酸纤维对烟气中典型的烟气成分的静态吸附实验;2)在卷烟厂,对接装聚乳酸香过滤嘴的香烟进行了烟气分析和品吸。结果表明聚乳酸烟用丝束对极性和非极性烟气成分气体有较高的吸附/吸收能力,但对烟碱的吸附却很少。因而聚乳酸过滤嘴的香烟可能有自己独特的吸味风格。聚乳酸香烟过滤嘴具有同二醋酸纤维素过滤嘴相近的过滤能力,可以有效的过滤烟气中的有害物质,过滤效果优于聚丙烯。 针对聚乳酸在熔体纺丝过程中热稳定性差这一关键问题,深入系统地研究了添加有聚碳化二亚胺聚乳酸的流变学行为、热学性能、热降解行为、力学性能、酶降解行为和稳定机制。实验结果表明在聚乳酸中添加抗水解稳定剂能显著提高聚乳酸的加工热稳定性,表现为经过熔体加工后,分子量较少下降,熔融指数增加不多,力学性能基本维持不变。改性的原因是聚碳化二亚胺在加工的过程中与残留的或加工过程中形成的乳酸和/或水分子反应,消除或减少了聚乳酸的水解,阻止了乳酸对聚乳酸水解的催化作用;与聚乳酸的端羟基或端羧基发生了化学反应,从而减少了通过端基“反咬”形成丙交酯而降解的可能性,甚至将端基偶联,使分子量增大。 通过高压静电纺丝制备具有不同三醋酸甘油酯(GTA)含量的聚乳酸超细纤维毡,场发射扫描电镜、示差扫描量热仪、水接触角和力学性能测试表明,随着GTA含量的增加,纤维之间趋于粘连,形成立体网状结构,纤维毡的断裂伸长率、回弹率、拉伸强度可分别达到200%、85%、4.24MPa,比不改性的聚乳酸超细纤维毡有显著地提高。当GTA含量在40%以下时,纤维粘毡表现出超疏水特性,表面表观水接触角约在130°左右,当GTA含量高于50%,水能迅速浸润和渗入纤维毡,表观水接触角为0°。

For the purpose of manufacturing cigarette filter tows and filter rods, the melt-spinning, adhesion and adsorption properties of poly(lactic acid) were studied. The rheological measurements were performed to examine the effects of various processing conditions on the melt flowability and spinnability, including those of residual moisture. The melt spinning and post-processings were followed by determining the molecular weight, thermal and mechanical properties of the fibers. The results obtained were useful to establishing the specification of the PLA resins for filter tows and filter rods manufacturing and to choosing proper melt-spinning and post-processing technologies.

本文介绍了一种利用DSP处理DM642、CPLD及USB芯片等器件构造的带有USB接口的图像采集和处理系统。设计了USB通信接口的硬件电路,在DSP/BIOS架构上编写了USB的固件程序和主机端的设备驱动程序。该系统可用于香烟包装流水线上的条包检测等对生产速度要求较高的工业流程领域。

PASSIM卷接机组原控制系统采用电路板进行逻辑控制,抗干扰性能差,故障率高,造成生产效率降低、原材料消耗增大、维修工作繁重等。为此,设计了一套新型卷接机组电气控制系统。该系统采用PLC进行过程控制,以工控机为上位机完成人机通信,采用交流伺服驱动,并通过高速信号处理专用系统完成重量检测控制及烟支质量检测功能;利用PROFIBUS、CAN及MPI多种总线方式完成各单元间的通讯,实现信号和数据间的传递和共享。改进后的PASSIM机组运行稳定可靠,采样速度快,实时性强,且维修方便。机组的有效作业率由85%左右提高到90%以上,降低了卷烟纸和烟丝等原材料的消耗。

在香烟包装过程中会出现不合格现象,通过对缺陷的分析,设计了一种用于香烟包装质量检测的改进快速图像匹配算法。文中通过优化相关系数的计算、引入自适应遗传算法、对感兴趣区域匹配检测来提高算法性能,并将算法在MATLAB中编程实现。仿真实验结果表明该图像匹配算法计算速度快、检测精度高,满足香烟包装质量检测的需要。

首先分析了烟草行业制丝线的特点,然后针对制丝线的计划与调度问题,提出了基于规则的调度算法,最后依托于某烟厂制丝线项目,基于.Net技术完成了计划与调度系统的开发,该系统已经投入实际使用,很好地完成了制丝线计划与调度,提高了生产质量和生产效率。

本文设计与实现了一种基于TMS320DM642的香烟小包装外观质量检测系统,详细阐述了该系统的硬件构成、软件流程、检测算法以及针对DSP处理器进行的系统优化。系统以TMS320DM642处理器为核心建立硬件平台,通过摄像头获取香烟小包装图像,采用改进的模板匹配算法对当前图像进行质量检测,最终在监视器上显示检测结果并将检测结果送执行单元进行处理。实验结果表明基于TMS320DM642的香烟小包装检测系统,检测效果快速、准确、有效,应用前景广泛。

分析了Protos70卷接机组重量测控系统的工作原理,根据烟支密度脉冲信号及同步信号计算单支烟重量作为控制标准。采用DSP处理器为核心单元完成对烟支重量的计算,针对软件中烟条重量的算法进行了优化,提出计算过程中对程序运行和变量的优化方法以保证系统工作的实时性。

针对高速卷接机组检测电路结构复杂,检测和调整相对滞后的问题,基于烟支质量检测的基本原理,设计开发了基于DSP的烟支质量检测及智能调整系统。本文讨论了该系统硬件和软件的设计思想及系统的组成结构,对该系统的各个模块的功能及实现方法进行了详尽的描述。通过对高速卷接机组工作过程进行在线检测,实现对烟支质量的控制及不合格烟支的剔除,做到实时智能处理,保证了烟支的质量。
